Double room for single use: €20 supplement per person per night.
Local tax until 31 October 2026: An additional €2.70 per person per day.
From 1 November 2026: visitor tax of €4.50 per person per day, charged separately. This comprises €3.60 visitor tax and a €0.90 infrastructure and mobility contribution.

Children’s discounts
For children sharing a room with two full-paying guests:
- Ages 0–2: free
- Ages 2–6: 70% discount
- Ages 6–12: 50% discount
- Ages 12 and over: 30% discount

Where are the parking spaces and garden?
Our grounds are larger than they first appear. Pass the beer garden, then turn right at the “Anlieferung LONCIUM” delivery sign. Beyond the beer tanks you will see our parking spaces and spacious garden.
When is breakfast and when does the restaurant open?
Breakfast in the LONCIUM Lounge: 07:30–09:30. Bar and restaurant open from 16:00. Current opening days and seasonal notes are listed in our opening hours.
Is entry to Waldbad included?
Yes! In summer, hotel guests enjoy free admission to Waldbad Mauthen with a voucher. Mauthen’s Caribbean is just 200 m away. Ask us for your voucher.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 10:00.
How can I pay?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard or debit card.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome: €15 per day, food not included. Guest beds are for humans only. Dog waste bags are available at reception on request. We gladly suggest lovely walks – our garden is not a dog toilet, after all. Said with a wink, but we do mean it.
What if I need to change my trip?
Our motto: nobody books intending to cancel. If a serious reason intervenes, please contact us personally. We will agree a new date together and waive cancellation charges. A rain cloud alone is not a serious reason. This arrangement applies to a rescheduling agreed with us; it is not a blanket free-cancellation policy.
How do I reach my room?
Our rooms are on the first and second floors, easily reached by lift or stairs.
Can I stay with a wheelchair?
One room is partly adapted and readily accessible by wheelchair. Its bathroom provides the necessary manoeuvring space. All restaurant areas are accessible without barriers. Please discuss your needs before booking so we can reserve a suitable room.
